Adenco Construction announces with pride that it has received a Construction Industry Development Board rating (CIDB) 9EP grading.
The Construction Registers Service comprises the Register of Contractors and the Register of Projects which have been established in terms of the CIDB Act (Act 38 of 2000). The Register of Contractors grades and categorises contractors according to financial and works capability. It is mandatory for public sector clients to apply the Register of Contractors when considering construction works tenders. The Register of Contractors facilitates public sector procurement and serves as a framework for contractor development.
With the CIDB 9EP rating the highest possible grading from the Construction Industry Development Board , Adenco Construction can now undertake and tender for construction projects of unlimited size and value .
Says Bes Bezuidenhout , the founder and CEO of Adenco Construction “The rating and achievement of a CIDB 9EP is the culmination of 21 years of dedication and focus in building Adenco into one of the biggest electrical engineering contractors within its sector in South Africa. We want to thank all the dedicated staff and families who are the reason for our success and this milestone achievement and also our valued clients for their unwavering support.”
The CIDB rating follows hot on the heels of the company’s BBBEE Level 2 rating in May and its announcement of 51% black ownership.
Adenco Construction is now one of six companies in South Africa with a BBBEE Level 2 rating and CIDB 9EP grading.
